Financial Arrangement Policy
We believe we have the responsibility to provide the best professional care, skill, and judgment in planning and implementing your dental treatment. Your payment will reimburse us for our services. Any type of financial arrangement made with our business coordinator is expected to be honored and followed through. We accept many different insurance plans and, as a courtesy to you, we will file all insurance claims. However, we ask that your estimated portion be paid at the time the services are rendered. Below is an overview of different payment options we currently offer:
- Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex
- CareCredit: A revolving credit line that finances up to 12 months interest free or longer with a fixed interest percentage. Ask our financial coordinator for an application or apply online at www.carecredit.com.
- Short-term in-office financing that must be arranged with our financial coordinator before commencement of planned services.
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully request for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. If we do not receive a call to cancel an appointment, there will be a fee of $50 applied to your account.
